Q. What forms of payment are available?
A. We accept cash, debit cards, and CanPay.
Q. Can I bring my dog?
A. We allow service dogs to accompany their owners.
Q. What do I need in order to shop?
A. You must be 21 or older with a valid government-issued photo ID.
Q. I’m visiting from out of state, am I allowed to shop at Seed?
A. Yes, if you are are 21 or older and can provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
Q. Is there parking available?
A. Metered street parking is available in front of the store and throughout the surrounding neighborhood, and the Magoun Square Green Line station is just a few blocks away.
Q. Is it possible to return products?
A. An unused defective product in original packaging, with a fully legible product label and batch number, may be exchanged for a new one or another product of equal value. No exchange is guaranteed. Defective products must be returned to Seed within 72 hours of purchase and accompanied by the original receipt. Seed does not offer store credit or cash refunds. All sales on electronic devices are final. Defective devices must be returned or exchanged through the product manufacturer.
Q. How long will you hold my online order?
A. Online orders are held for two hours past the requested pick up time as a courtesy. Online orders placed after 7:00PM will be processed on the next day.
Q. Is there a limit on the amount of cannabis product that I can purchase?
A. You may purchase 1 ounce of flower or 5 grams of concentrate per day. Edibles are included in this limit based on their potency.
